Had a ton of gift cards so went on a big trip. While paying for my order put in some of the gift cards and then for one card I put in the access number wrong too many times and need an employee to come so we could continue. The employee accidently cancelled our order or something. Rescanned everything tried to pay with gift cards but all the ones we put in before now had a balance of 0. The 2 employees that talked condescending told me I must of forgotten that I used them. Was told there was nothing they could do. Will not be back.

They installed multiple half finished DIY self checkouts at this store over a year ago, they were barely functional when they installed them, and now they’re essentially never open. On top of that, there’s usually only two check out lanes ever open, a standard one, and the return one, which ends up taking regular customers as well as returns. It just feels like the whole check out portion of the store is running on fumes, and no one in management is doing anything about it. This is also one of the only grocery stores/big box stores I’ve been in that doesn’t have some sort of music playing, and it feels a little off.

We all love shopping, right target is the best for you. Great deals low prices big deals and more to explore lamps. Dog foods. Human food. Lettuce, vegetables, and more vegetables.

Pickup is a joke!! They want to click on the email to say your on your way. Well that doesnt work. So when you get to the store you click on the email to say your there. We'll you dont have that option because it didn't work to say your on the way. So you call the number on the sign. Lol. They dont answer! So you go in, thats funny because there are so many people standing around looking for where to pick up the order. Well no signage to say pick up here. No service desk. And a very rude person trying to bring stuff out. Well just don't order from there. No clue what is happening or how to run a pick up department!

This place has really gone downhill, it is a dump! You can't find what you're looking for and there's no help whatsoever. You are much better off going to a store like meijer's then here.
