Jonathan did an exceptional job! He replaced our furnace quickly after we decided to move forward with Tarheel Comfort. He was fairly priced with customer service that rivaled the larger HVAC companies in town. We absolutely recommend him to friends and neighbors and are thankful we went forward with him!

Quick response from the owner Jonathan. He came out quickly and diagnosed the problem, showed me what the problem was, using a camera inside the furnace, so that I could actually view it. Gave me several options. Due to the age of the old furnace, I decided to replace it. We discussed several units and once I chose the best one for our needs, he ordered it and it arrived quickly. Jonathan came out early the next morning, removed the old furnace, installed the new one, made all the connections and we had heat again. He came out again to handle a drain line problem from a prior installation that another HVAC company had done and he wouldn't let me pay him for it. He said he would come out in the Spring to make sure the system worked like it should with the air conditioner, which was relative
