After consulting with and picking out carpet and being told carpet I picked stayed in stock we went to pick up carpet for next day install and was told they had none of my carpet in stock and was on backorder. This after 3 trips to confirm availabilty.

Had to check on this place I've heard such good talk about their high quality products going back next week to purchase....can't wait new flooring!!!!!!
