I just want to give a huge shoutout to Becky at Tarter Brothers Plumbing! She is hands down the best receptionist I’ve ever worked with. Back in July, I ordered a washer from Lowe’s. Unfortunately, during delivery, the installers accidentally damaged a valve and left us with water shut off in the house not ideal for a family of six! After spending nearly two hours calling around Lincoln, every plumber told me it would be days before they could come out. Called them at 8am on a Monday with no heat in the house and the temp outside was below 10°. They arrived within 30 min and had the ignitor replaced and heat on within the hour! Very affordable as it was less than $250. Will be using again for any future needs!
