The Carpet House

We have been a customer of the Carpet House in Lincoln Illinois for many years. The family owned business is a great place to work with. They are extremely helpful and give great advice. I needed a very low pile carpet, because I use a wheelchair. Amanda helped us pick the perfect carpet. Install went amazing, the guys were in and out in no time. It has been such a blessing and much easier to roll on, saved my arms and shoulders. Thank you John, John and Amanda!!!!!

Very professional from measurements to installation. They sell quality products and care about their customers and it shows. Would definitely use them again before other companies.

I would love to write a great review but I cannot. I love my carpet and flooring but it was installed in Nov. 2020. It is now Aug of 2021 and I am still waiting for the threshold piece in one doorway. I have "stopped by" and called at least 10 times and all I get from Amanda is, "I will write a note." No one ever calls back. When you pay for a 3 room carpet and flooring job you should expect it to be completed.

We used the Carpet House for all of our wood and tile flooring in our 1200 sq ft addition, including the shower walls for our bathrooms. Quality flooring with great prices. Ask for Amanda and she will make sure you are taken care of. Prices were comparable to major name box stores, and mostly better with many more choices. Certainly recommend this business when Amanda is helping. She's awesome!!
