Nice people- when they answer you. We called and had an appointment for a shower door measurement scheduled. They never showed up. Cut them some slack and assumed they forgot. Gave them a few days and WE called back again and got the measurement scheduled again. They came out, very friendly, measured, and said they would send us door options. We waited about a week- nothing. Reached out and asked for the door options, said they would send some to us soon- still nothing. Reached out 4 times total asking for door options - constantly answering with “we will get them over to you soon” and never actually getting anything. Do not recommend. Also, the fact they don’t have an actual website is kind of sketchy in itself. 2 stars for the actual friendly staff, but do not actually recommend this bus

They installed my shower door in our new home. It needed adjusting they came out adjusted it with no issues. The technicians were professional and polite. I judge a company by service after the sale. They were here in no time.

company insolate my home the end of 2019 for my builder I went to sell home and the home inspector found a spot that was not insolated to requirements. On OCT 2021. Called them up and within 2 days they had a crew out here and repaired the issues and asked no questions. Great customer service after the sales. Wish more companies would stand behind there work like these folks.

The people behind the wheel in the van need to be taught how to drive a work vehicle again. I was coming up around the battleship in Wilmington when a Tatum work vehicle whipped over from the left lane into the right lane in half a second. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have hit them. Then when I went to get around them, they cut me off again. The license plate on the vehicle is HW2378 and this happened around 6:30pm.
