Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home

Elizabeth was very helpful at picking out the carpet we needed for our home. Rich (the installer) was on-time, professional and did a wonderful job on the install on our staircase. We will definitely be using them again in the future for other areas of our home.

I have had a very good relationship with taylor carpet one for years and their product is always great quality and the team their are knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful. From jeromy to the ladies behind the scenes in the office to the gentleman installers, all were awesome. Thanks for a job well done

Purchased about 20k in flooring (includes installation) with Taylor Carpet One. Had 2 rooms done in Higher end vinyls and the remainder of the entire 2nd floor and stairs in Carpet. Both installers did a nice job. Never had an issue with the quality of their work at all. Jeremy was my sales associate and he did a fine job. Overall good experience. Brenda followed up every other day to see how things were going and that was a nice touch. Are they the cheapest in town? Most likely not, but in the end, I felt they had my back in the event anything went wrong and I feel they will resolve any issues with my install down the road. I can't say the same for Abbey Flooring sadly. They did my 1st floor a few years ago and what an awful experience that I am still living with today. Stick with Taylor

Absolutely top shelf services from start to finish. Connie Cleary shipped me wood samples and helped me find a product that fit my budget. She was responsive throughout the entire process. The installers were excellent and professional. They started a day after close as promised and completed by the end of the week. The floors are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

We had a great experience with this company and its employees. Selection of what was in stock was very easy to choose, installation was seamless ( they even took out the beds and put everything back in its place) and the quality of the carpet is amazing. We worked with Nancy and she went above and beyond for us to get our flooring installed while we were in town. We appreciate this business and will be using them for the tile we will need in the future.
