Taylor Made Fencing

Called and left messages on two different days. Still no return. I think they may no longer be in business. If they are still in business, then there is no customer service here. Changing this review to 5 stars. Barbara cont me, came to my home to estimate the project. I truly appreciate her help and I am now working on her estimate, which is at a good price. 3/14/2024 Great service and product is now installed, and the job is complete. Excellent service and great installers. I definitely suggest working with this group. Barbara is excellent with customer service. Thank you and the crew for the great work.

Did a great job installing a vinyl fence around my pool and sold me some post caps 3 years later for another project.

We had such high hopes for these guys because of the reviews. They do not care about customer service or doing a good job. They installed our gates 3 months ago and they had so many issues- they weren’t even powder coated. We have tried to get them to come figure it out for 3 months and today they finally came. Arnold would not listen or even respond to anything I suggested, he literally just completely ignored anything I said. Barbara blamed their subs and workers for doing a crappy job, but when you own a business you are in charge of overseeing things. They just did not care at all. It took 3 months to get them to come out and I am beyond disappointed with the way they handled things. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and horrible gates. We recently had Taylor Made Fencing install fencing in our yard in Enoch, UT. The project involved five different homeowners. Janell at Taylor Made was very responsive to all my questions -- she provided the information we needed in a timely manner, and she was patient with me with all the questions I had from all of the homeowners. The installers took a lot of care to ensure the posts were straight and the fence line sloped correctly. It looks so nice! I am really happy with the work they did and with how responsive they have been during the whole process. Janell and Barbara in the office were both very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed our interactions with the installers as well. They were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Taylor Made Fencing!
