Mark the owner is such a professional and knowledgeable repair man. I called Taylored Appliance Repair last Friday, and was able to have my dishwasher thoroughly inspected and assessed. Mark is extremely precise and was happy to answer any and all of my questions in depth. With over 20 years of experience as an appliance repair man, his knowledge is vast and incredibly accurate. This company's pricing is also the BEST for the area and surrounding areas. Great experience with our dishwasher repair. From the start of the process setting up the appointment, to the on time arrival, to the communication provided by Marc about getting parts and returning to fix the dishwasher everything was great. Additionally he came back to add brackets we did not have for our dishwasher - and didn’t even charge us for the parts or the visit. Wow! Next time we need any appliances repaired we now found our guy. Thanks so much!

We were having some issues with our freezer fan. Marc was very kind and helpful over the phone and set up an appointment right away. He quickly identified the issue, explained what was causing it, fixed it and waited around a bit to make sure everything was running correctly. His pricing was very reasonable and he offered a warranty on top of it. I would highly recommend Taylored Appliance for any repairs they cover and have already referred them to local friends and family.

Marc came out to check our washer which was not agitating properly - he found that the fix was easy and involved ordering a cheap replacement part. He offered to do it for us if we wanted, but expressed it was very simple and we could save ourselves the money and order and fix it on our own. Gave us the part number, we ordered it, and we were able to do it in minutes ourselves. Honest and reasonably priced! Will definitely use Marc again for future appliance repairs.

Marc Taylor is the most knowledgeable and the most professional appliance repair technician we have ever met. Over time he has repaired our dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and most recently, our refrigerator.
