I’ve been using TBI for fertilization for the past three years. While the lawn usually looks decent, the service has become very impersonal. There’s an overall plan that outlines what they’ll apply during certain months, but it feels like they’re just going through the motions rather than responding to what the lawn actually needs. You never know when they’re coming, and there’s no notice afterward explaining what was applied, how much, or any recommendations based on what they’re seeing. Everything seems to be an extra charge — even when a treatment doesn’t fully address the issue, there’s no follow-up or re-treat at no cost like some other companies offer. Chris was always great in the past — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the results — but I haven’t seen him at all

They are not taking new customers so don't waste your time calling. It looks like all the recent reviews are complaining about bad service too. I wonder if they will regret their business decisions.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I requested a landscaping quote in September, and now that it’s December, I’m still waiting. On October 7th, they came to give me a quote. I had a plan from 2017 that I had already paid for, but Bill noted that it needed some updates. He assured me that he would have a new proposal prepared within a week. Since late October, I have been calling, and each time, the receptionist, Tony, assures me that Bill will call me back either today or tomorrow, but that has not happened. At this point, I just want my original plan returned so I can hire someone else for landscaping. I wish they had been honest in September and told me they were too busy to take on new clients.

They turn so fast with riding mower they dig holes in my lawn. I live in Summerfield West and they don't do a great job here.

They don't cut your grass. Skipping right over to the next neighbor. They blow the grass up on your steps. Don't speak English.
