I called Oscar at the recommendation of a friend. From the very start Oscar was friendly, knowledgeable and very forthcoming about the process and his availability. We set the appointment and the guys were on time, put down cloth from the front door all the way to the bathroom. They covered the entire bathroom with plastic so the dust wouldn't go everywhere and they taped off the air conditioner vent. Every detail was attended to. They were in and out within 3 hours. We were using the tub the next night. The finish is flawless and it is a pleasure to use. Our tub is an original 1956 tub and had been badly abused. It was scratchy and dirty and impossible to clean.
