TBS Design Gallery

A year ago I decided to replace all of the windows and doors in my old house as salt air had caused a lot of damage. After comparing a number of options I hired TBS Design Gallery to install Marvin fiber glass products. Removal of the old windows revealed significant amounts of dry rot. TBS’s crew did an outstanding job dealing with unwelcome surprises and resolving issues. After a year in place, I am very happy that everything works perfectly - no sticky sliders, nothing out of alignment. Very pleased customer.

We placed an order for a made-to-order item from Italy through TBS Design. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in shipping but the TBS team worked tirelessly to help us resolve the problem. They showed great commitment to customer service that is hard to come by. I would absolutely recommend them!

We recently added a great room and we chose TBS design gallery for our kitchen design and cabinets. Kristin did a wonderful job with our kitchen design. Her 3D renditions were awesome. She captured all the finer details from top to bottom in her 3D rendition (incl colors) and it helped us decide the floor color, paint color, backsplash and everything. It gave us a real perspective of our kitchen (not just cabinets) and our kitchen is an exact replica of her 3D rendition. There were no surprises. We chose Crystal cabinets for our kitchen. The cabinet installation details were taken care very well right from the framing phase till the final installation phase. There were couple of damaged pieces in the package. We shared pictures of the damaged pieces and Kristin took care of them right away
