Tommy and his staff are AMAZING! I had roaches and mice in my apartment and reported it to my landlord. She had a pest control company come who put steel wool in holes and laid down gel for the roaches and I will still finding bugs and seeing mouse droppings. Out of frustration, I decided to call someone myself. My research lead me to choose TD Pest Control based on their stellar reviews. Tommy came and took his time to examine every nook and cranny, finding holes the other company did not. He discovered that the sewer cap was off in the basement, which was the likely source of entry for the reaches. The agent Tommy was great. Had patience waiting for the tenants to open the door to let us in. Was apolagetic that he had to undue the beds in order to complete his service. Very well manored. If I need the services again id definetly wpuld ask for him. Staff as well was great, assisting with setting uo the appointment for next day. Offered further assistance if needed. Very pleased
