Team 1 Restoration Inc

We are currently under reconstruction from a fire with Team 1 Restoration. So far our experience with Team 1 has been amazing. They have been a great pleasure to work with. They have always been upfront about what they are doing and very transparent about cost and materials. Although we are experiencing some very bad bad treatment from our insurance company @STATEFARM (Snake Farm), Team 1 Restoration has really come to our rescue and is helping us get our home restored. Everyone at Team 1 has been a joy to work with and they would come highly recommended if someone ask us about restoration services. I will provide an update when our project is complete. But for now, all we can say is we made the right decision choosing Team 1 Restoration!

I want to take the time and thank team one for there help after we had a accident at home due to a fire, thank you to Josephina,Tara,tim,Cole,kristi, and the packing team grant,Jeff,Aj,brian they made sure things got back to how they where the packing was great the way my house came back to how it was am satisfied.

When our house fire happened we were stunned, confused, and devastated. In the days following our fire we were inundated with calls and visits from so many companies it was scary and overwhelming. We had heard horror stories of construction fraud in California and didn’t know where to even begin. Thank God we met with Team 1 Restoration! It was such a devastating thing to lose everything we owned, but Team 1 made the process so easy. Marshall runs an honest business and everyone who works there was amazing! Our project manager Kristi was AMAZING and guided me through every step. Danielle was so helpful and accommodating with materials selection! The office girls were always so sweet and always helpful! Team 1 Restoration had been a Godsend in renewing my burned property. I am so pleased with the results. Neighbors have commented on how great the house looks. They were fast to respond to my many questions and so helpful in helping me decide on flooring, color, hardware, etc. The workers were very respectful, helpful and capable. Back in December 2017, two weeks before Christmas my parents cars and house caught fire. One of the first people with Team1 was Mr. Gary, a very respectful person and understood our needs. Helped us to be aware of the scammers and who and what to look out for. Then after working with a few members of Team1 they were always there for any and every question and helped our reconstruction process to be as less painful as possible as we waited for our home to be rebuild. I would like to thank, Marshall, Alex, Gary, Wendy, Damien and his guys. And Denice when she didn't drop the ball. Overall, we're so glad we chose Team1.
