Edit 9/5/23: Team Fishel got in contact with me through Billy a couple of weeks back, after I sent my complaint. He promised to send someone with seed and straw this week. First time in the morning today, Bob was here with his truck and the seed and straw. I appreciate them calling and keeping their promise. I have updated my rating from one to three stars. Their crew performed work for Washington Gas on the street in front of my house. The first time they came, they ran an excavator on the sidewalk strip, ruining years of lawn care (first picture). They also laid down on my lawn (in my property, not on the strip) and left trash and a pee smell. I also had to pick up gravel they left on the strip lawn. Came to my town to lay fiber through the whole wrea, not serving a single customer in the area. It has taken 6 months so far and the 10 mile job isn't done yet. They've caused accidents, land and plant damage, and an incredible amount of traffic.

This company works outside the legal hours they are permitted to operate within the noise ordinance of Loudoun county.

Subject: Unsafe Driving by Team Fishel Truck #11564 I was driving home today in Manassas when I had an unsettling experience with one of your company’s vehicles, specifically truck number 11564. The driver of this truck blatantly cut me off, despite hearing my horn and seeing that I was right beside him. He did not hesitate or reconsider his actions, which put me in a very dangerous situation. If this is indicative of how Team Fishel treats others on the road, I would never consider doing business with your company. Safe driving and consideration for others are fundamental values that seem to be lacking here. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent any future incidents.

Lazy they will literally sit there and cause traffic all day and just sit in there trucks for hours and not even working
