Dealt with CEO Karen. Would not recommend for managing any restoration project as Karen was very ignorant of the concerns with older structures. She even went so low as to post a negative review of our business without ever having entered it, simply because exterior maintenance work was underway (outside of regular business hours?!) Has no experience with, understanding, or empathy for those doing the complicated work of historic structure restoration. When we checked her "brava awards winner", "enterprising women award winner", etc. credentials we weren't able to find anything.
