I called Larry about our above ground pool pump. The pump had a pinched wire and would not start up. The weekend heat was coming up quickly, so I called Larry. He said he was swamped with calls and projects, but maybe he could squeeze me in. 2 days later (Thurs) someone came out and patched everything up very quickly. I was treated like a customer, not just a tiny job. I appreciate his integrity and willingness to make sure ordinary folks are being taken care of. The pool was up and running by the weekend and the kids were happy to have a pool for the hot weekend. Life saver

I called Larry because bathroom power outlets went out. He talked me into installing new duplex outlets (he had in his truck and charged a premium for). He installed 4 and billed for 5 - I called and told him when I realized and was NEVER reimbursed though he had said he would. He brought a trainee assistant to install a duplex outlet (which I also requested) for the existing sump pump using existing circuitry. That assistant took a very long time sweeping up sawdust after he was done while Larry chatted and chatted, and never entered the basement to check that work. Larry then billed as though they were both doing electrical work the entire time, at bill rates for a Master Electrician for both. He never gave an estimate. Called midday Friday with a small emergency and he was here within a couple hours, exactly on time to what he quoted. Larry immediately diagnosed the issue, explained all the science behind the problem, and taught me how to spot it in other outlets. He reviewed the electrical panel with me and advised to a big oversight from our home inspector (we just closed on this house 6/1/22). He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. He even made a recommendation for another specialist we need for a separate issue.

Larry was kind and extremely knowledgeable, exactly what you want in an electrician. Larry planned it out and quoted us on the work to put a plug in our garage for our EV. Justin came by to do the work and had the same professionalism. Work turned out great and will always call them for any future projects.

Best experience I ever had dealing with any type of contractor. Friendly, profession and super helpful. Had a breaker in my -Abel box go that was the dedicated line for my AC and it was 80 degrees out. It was almost 7pm and I called to see if they could come out. They were at my house in less than an hour and the price was super reasonable. Highly recommend. Sherry
