Had an issue with my furnace over the weekend. I called and spoke to Adam, he was very professional and knowledgeable. While I did not end up having work completed I was extremely impressed by Adam.

Our hot water heater broke over the weekend. Ted Dumont responded first thing Monday morning and had it fixed quickly. Ben was amazing to work with, even as he had to crawl through our cobweb riddled cellar first thing in the morning to get to the heater. We have worked with Ted Dumont HVAC for home and business repairs for years and highly recommend the entire company.

This is a quality driven ethical company I will not hesitate to contact again. My real estate agent recommended them to me as we were preparing to sell our house with an older heating and AC system to certify that everything was good. The technician, Ben, was great. He was very thorough and identified some minor issues and resolved them on the spot. He then took time to show me how to do some more advanced maintenance on my own in the future AND how to avoid being scammed by others. This company is definitely worth a good look for an honest second opinion or for a more cost effective repair versus replacement solution. Thanks.
