Just called to get price on oil for today they would only give me a if I sigh up for automatic delivery why would anyone do that

I just called teddys to inquire about pricing on 100 gallons of oil. A very rude woman named Rose answered the phone and I had hardly even finished my question before she very rudely said “no I don’t do anything other than full service automatic delivery thank you bye” and hung up in my face. I now see why teddys has a 3.7 star rating. 10/10 do not recommend not even for full service automatic delivery because of the way they treat people. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service and Rose should be ashamed of herself.

I'm new to owning a home and to buying oil as well. The ladies in the office were very polite and helped me understand how it all works. As soon as I decided I am going to be their customer and made my payment they arrived at my door in about 30 minutes. I was wowed I expected a few hours later but they really earned all 5 stars. Thank you Teddy's Oil for great customer service and prompt service as well. Just because of the customer service I chose Teddy's Oil. 👍👍👍

We have been a customer of Teddy's for 30 years and have been very happy with their service. They have responded quickly to a couple issues we had with our furnace & are very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I called for the first time to do business by inquiring for the price to fill my tank. To whomever answered the phone and lectured me that they are not the type of company for everyone and made no effort to earn my business, THANK YOU!
