I purchased a washer from Ted's in B.C. in late January. Over the next 18 months it failed a couple of time and the service was covered under warranty. However, just before the 18 months was up, it started having intermittent problems of popping the GFI. After a couple of in house attempts, they picked it up and took to the shop for testing. I was now past the 18 month cut off. It was brought back - with in 5 or 6 loads, it failed again. Ted's replaced it with a different unit - all at no additional costs including delivery fees because the problem started BEFORE the warranty was out. Needless to say I was extremely irritated during those couple of months not knowing if I could / could not wash clothes. In the end - Ted's Made It Right. I will return if I need anything in the future.

A decent supply of appliances, I was looking for a washer and dryer combo set and on that day they didn't have much to anything. I do like there 18 month guarantee warranty. And I do like the speed queen name. Prices seemed decent to a bit high for each unit.
