Ted's Pools

During "the Covid period" Ted's Pools were the only pool company to respond to our request for an estimate. We had a budget and Joe & Carol were accommodating to that budget even after the rise in costs between the time we contracted and the time they were able to start the construction. Any time we had questions during and after the project, Carol in the office was responsive and beyond helpful. They were very upfront about how long each step would take and we were very pleased with the contractors as well. Especially the tile workers, they really took the time to make sure the tiles were even and the irregular stone coping was placed perfectly. We look forward to the first opening of our new pool in the Spring and continuing services with Ted's.

This summer, we started using the services provided by Ted's Pools. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. The team at Ted's Pools was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their clear and open communication. But what truly sets Ted's Pools apart is their commitment to delivering excellent service. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that my pool was not only functional but also a beautiful oasis. The result of their cleaning methods was a pool that I can't wait to dive into, with water so clear it's like swimming in a crystal-clear lake. Overall, I highly recommend Ted's Pools to anyone in need of pool-related services.

I would strongly avoid using this company. We built a custom home and our builder recommended Ted's Pool. We went with them and have had issues with the service almost from the beginning. For example, after paying them over $500 to open the pool, they never vacuumed all the debris and dead worms. When I called to complain, they said only 30 minutes of cleaning is included with opening the pool and for them to come back and clean the pool would be a separate charge. We have also had issues with leaks and mechanicals. So this is how they treat a customer that spent over $100K to build a pool?? I wish we had done our own due diligence on pool companies instead of just using the company our custom builder recommended.

Our pool was built by Ted's Pools- Pool was opened yesterday (we always remove cover, clean it, and put it away ourselves) by a crew of 3- they left VERY quickly and did not even clean the pool! They left mulch, leaves, and worms in the bottom of the pool and did NOT thoroughly brush the pool!! After being loyal customers for roughly 10 years (and tons of $$$), we contacted Carol and she did NOT APOLOGIZE even once, nor offer any resolution!! No longer customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Love my pool! The owner (Pete) and the project manager (Steve) listened to what I wanted to achieve and added their expertise to build a pool even more lovely than I envisioned. Steve went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure I love my pool and that bumps along the way were addressed, and he worked hard to integrate the company doing my deck where the work intersected. Steve is amazing! One big issue was the landscape subcontractor (Triton) – very poor workmanship on the retaining wall and grading, poor communication, and not only didn’t they consider a drainage issue I flagged from the project start but they made it worse. Make sure they use a different landscaper for your pool. Definitely recommend Ted’s as a great, customer-focused experience! (Much better than my last pool instal
