for a 1 hour service i was charged 2.5 hours. jeff, the owner held me accountable for not filing an autographed timesheet from the tech. he claims to have gps tracking on his techs, but refused to look at my tech's time. he went on further to say his tech was actually in glencoe for a majority of my time. he threatened to take me to court while i disputed the charges. i told him i will fight every minute of that for consumer safety. further more, the tech claimed in his report that the problem was resolved, even tho i texted him the next day that house was still not at temp. i texted the tech twice before calling. no response. jeff wouldn't even be willing to listen to a 30 second explanation from me when i asked him multiple times to just stop yelling and listen for 30 seconds. a/c s

What a disappointing experience. Water got into our air vent and we wanted someone to come look to make sure nothing was damaged. When he came I showed him where the water went in, took skirting off my trailer and put the skirting back on. He just looked at it and said there was no issue and to run the heat as normal and left. At max he spent 5 minutes at our home. The bill we are being charged is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We called and explained how long they were here and they said it counts for their drive. If your generous with giving them time it’s max 20 minute drive, 40 total there and back. At MAXIMUM we should be charged for an hour of work but instead our bill is $150 for 1 hour and 30 minutes of work even though he was genuinely here for 5 minutes. We were proceeded to be told

I have used their services half a dozen times over the last few years, and they are always honest, helpful, and fix my problem. Our A/C unit is very old and has needed periodic freon recharges. A different company told me I needed a whole new unit at a cost of thousands of dollars. TEK sent a technician and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour for less than $200. If I call them just to get some information about diagnosing or possibly fixing something myself, they are always very forthcoming and never go straight to telling me, "oh, we'll just send someone". They answer my questions and make recommendations, but they aren't pushy about it.

Lots of problems, they broke my gas tank shut off valve 1st, then said couldn't do any work till valve replace, asked why can't you use the valve below furnace, screwed up installation in 30 below zero weather, door on furnace had 2in so hole that was very sharp, it required to be put on in the install , tech never did, requested it be repaired, the tech put duct tape on it! so new furnace quit in middle of night , because tech didn't install condensation drain properly,, then came spring and rain water runs thru the roof at the chimney pipe they put in, called the owner Mr.Woods he never sent anyone out to fix the leak cost me 4k to fix damages!!!! Don't recommend these guys !!!!!!!!!!

Although they came out for an emergency visit I paid $225 and they said the switch was turned off. One week later my boiler shut down again and when I called them I was upset and I'd like them to come back out. The man came back at me very rudely as if I was accusing them of something. I paid, it worked for a week, and they supposedly did nothing but look at it.... They could have done something when they came out the first time other than just turn my switch back on. No clue how it ended up off.. I was not home.
