Great location for parking. Unfortunately, the garage always has homeless people outside and they have been charging full price for months while only one of their elevators operate. I have waited 30 minutes in line for the elevator on busy nights, and religiously pay $16 every day.

Do not park in this garage if you need to get your car early in the morning. it is not accessible until 7 AM. Even if the Hilton Graduate tells you to park here, hopefully you take a moment to assess other options.

Completely closed during holidays with metal gates so cars can’t leave until the morning after, pricing was unclear—signs said overnight was $16 but we paid $68 for two overnights

Horrible experience! I and my wife parked our rental car for about 2 hours on the afternoon of 05-Aug-2024 and someone broke the back door window and stole our two backpacks. Look at other recent reviews and it's clear that someone is hitting this place repeatedly. The employees at the entrance keep looking into your car. This is not a trustworthy parking lot. We filed a report with the Berkeley police and have not heard anything back. Help others become aware of this!

It was almost filled and had to park in the last floor just before the roof parking lot other than that for being a Saturday and on vacation it was a pretty good parking lot. Paid $1 for our stay cannot complain about that.
