I am very satisfied with Tempe Roofing LLC! The overall quality and pricing were more than fair and honest. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that was shown as well. They were very patient with us as my wife and I were researching colors and styles. I could tell they put a lot of thought and research into the options that were provided to us. I was also very happy with their scheduling as they were able to squeeze our project in earlier versus previously expected. Communication was clear, timely, and professional. After the new roof was done they did a thorough quality check, which I really appreciated. I was referred to Tempe Roofing by a neighbor who had been very pleased with the quality of work done by them. Happy to say it wasn't a one off. They did a great job and I felt like I would have been able to get at least a B on a test about roofs after talking to Kevin and having him answer all my questions. Sorry! Highly recommend.

They were able to start quickly, worked with me and my schedule so that I could still work from home. They fixed up my roof and really concentrated on the leaking spot in my roof to make sure it would not leak anymore. Plus, each day they always cleaned up around the house so that it was safe and clean. I woukd highly recommend them.

Today is Monday. Last Friday we had appointment at 12 noon with Kevin for an estimate. He was no show, no call. We waited an hour past appointment time and heard nothing. Still have not heard from him. We know he has our number, he called us back to make the appointment. His phone is a cell phone, not a business phone. Not very professional. Glad we found out how reliable he is before we had a contract.
