Caleb was amazing and very kind. He serviced us on a Sunday and performed the job quickly and efficiently. He also explained the issue and informed me what he needed to do to fix it. He saved me money and created a program where Temp Pro will come to my house 2 more times to check my AC and heating for the price of one service! Very pleased with this company and will definitely use from now on!

They came out quickly to give us an estimate, gave us options on which units would best fit our home, and were incredibly flexible and accommodating. I spoke with Cole on the phone and by email, he was pleasant and helpful. He even showed up during the installation. Anthony and Caleb did an amazing job with the install as well as explaining everything they were doing.

I was so happy when TemperaturePro told me that they could come out within a few hours of me contacting them to repair my AC. I like that they send you a picture and short bio of the service technician that's coming and you can track them in real time to know exactly when they will arrive. My technician was Caleb and he was a pleasure to work with. He is professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC back working in no time. I'll definitely be using them for future AC maintenance.
