Outstanding!!!!! So here's my story: Early January 2018, my 21 year old Goodman heat pump finally had it. The heat kit stopped working properly, and of course because of its age, it was impossible for me to find a replacement. So I called my home buyer's warranty company, 2-10. Luckily this old Goodman was covered under my policy. So 2-10 first hired a contractor by the name of Indoor Air of VA. Indoor Air came out to my residence, late, and he barely even greeted himself.
