Prompt service and a real caring and concerned attitude, asking questions of incident, smoke from vents, etc… when heater turned on and answering my questions. They ran system checks with no issues, checked attic ares, then ran system without issue for 10+ minutes; but I felt better safe than sorry. I would highly recommend their company for any HVAC needs.

My thermostat went out today(Sunday) and it was stressful to say the least. Peyton called us back promptly and came right out. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly went through the system and found the issue. He was able to fix it without having to leave to get any parts and cleaned up behind himself. I couldn’t be more satisfied. And the price was more than reasonable for the skill and efficiency he brought to the job, especially with it being a Sunday. If he’s this good on a Sunday afternoon “emergency” call, imagine how great he is when he’s doing easy scheduled work during regular hours! Again, I am completely satisfied and will recommend Temple heating and air to anyone who needs hvac work done. I’d give 20 stars if I could.

The installation was very efficient and thorough. They took care of the inside of our home, cleaned up after all things that had to be accomplished and were very helpful in explaining what was being done and how the new set-up operated. Very professional.

This is the second time we’ve used them in the last two years. Quality service, straight to the point, fixed our problem every time, and I appreciate their thoroughness. First time we called them out to us we expected the worst. Thankfully the serviceman that came out suspected that the part he tried using first was defective and tried a different one. Saved us a costly repair just because he decided to try again with a different new part. Second time around it seems we just blew a fuse, still, they answered all our questions and concerns. Still great service, they definitely have out loyalty.
