I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Their email correspondence with me was hacked (as they explained to me on the phone when confronted), but instead of notifying me right away so I could protect myself, they kept me completely in the dark. Because of their silence and lack of transparency, I ended up losing money to scammers who had asked for a deposit for services. A company has a responsibility to be upfront and proactive when something goes wrong. Instead, they chose to cover it up, and their negligence cost me both money and peace of mind. If you value your security, look elsewhere. Trust is everything, and this company has proven they don’t deserve it.
