Paul and the Tempure team are seriously world class. As a church building manager with scant little experience, having a vendor like Tempure has been an advanced education experience. We needed to replace our commercial water heater, and Paul rightly steered us towards a tankless system, which actually cost less to purchase and install AND has far less operating costs. I recommend Paul to anyone who has had a bad vendor experience in the past and knows they deserve better. Tempure is simply better because they are more experienced and knowledgeable than most everyone.

The AC stopped on the hottest day of the year. Another company said it needed a new compressor for thousands. Tempure came out immediately and repaired it for a couple hundred. Just needed a capacitor. Very honest, knowledgeable and responsive.
