Awesome service! Called them on a Thursday afternoon and they had our AC fixed by noon the next day. Luckily it was just a repair and they did a great job. The techs that showed up explained what happened, what they replaced, and how to help maintain our unit. Fantastic price as well. Definitely recommend them if you’re in need of an AC or furnace fixed!

Zimmerman's had installed the original system in our home of 35 years, so we called them up and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Got us set up with a new AC and Furnace, so that we would not need to worry about our current one dying on us.

This business is filled with lies. They are not a repair company they are sales company. They did not attempt to actually fix my furnace just sell me a new one. It was literally below zero out and these guys were trying to sell me a furnace and A/C unit. Come to find out the whole repair was covered under a lifetime warranty. The "repair guy" failed to mention the warranty the entire time. The owner said he decides the best decision for the customer based on his opinion that's why the warranty was never mentioned as an option. He actually said "if you had a broken stapler on your desk & you had to buy a new one would you buy the same one that broke?" My response was "OF COURSE if it lasted 16 years!!"
