I had no idea what was going on.. water showed up in the back yard. I sounded like a fool when I started asking questions and they were nothing short of helpful. Two friendly dudes showed up and emptied my tanks a couple hours later. I asked questions and they answered everything in detail.. I’ll use Ten Eyck again and again.

I couldn't be happier with the services that Ten Eyck provided. As first time home buyers, we utilized their services for a septic inspection prior to a purchase. They were quick to identify major issues that needed to be addressed and investigated further. They were extremely accommodating with scheduling. The employees were professional, polite, and informative. They carefully explained the identified issues and provided a comprehensive report within one day. We plan on using them again and would highly recommend!

Jim was fantastic. I’m the kind of customer who wants to know EVERYTHING about terminology, technique, procedure, etc etc. Natural curiosity is part of it. Another is knowing if I’m getting value. Needless to say, some get a bit frustrated. And I had a bit of an odd request for this job. Jim was patient and always responded promptly. He was willing to explain things and suggest the best solutions to my needs. In the end, he completely the job promptly and for a good price. I’ll continue to use him in the future.

If I could give a zero I would, we used this company to inspect a home before purchasing, they completed the inspection by stating that we needed a new pump. After purchasing the home we called for over a month to have them come replace the pump so we could properly shower and use the toilet, we were ignored and blown off. Jason did come out once in that time frame he promised us a pump out ,and then stated the owner would have to come out to take a look for a more appropriate estimate the following Friday. The Owner never showed up, we called and were told he was on site somewhere and he was not coming. We finally called a different company and he was out within 2 days, he got the pump and while replacing it he discovered that we need a whole new septic system that will cost us well over
