If your car gets trapped, apparently that’s on you. Don’t expect an apology — the management won’t feel the slightest bit sorry. Instead, they’ll tell you to “understand” their poor operations and their unreliable machines.Any losses you suffer because you can’t use your own car? Not their problem. No responsibility taken, no compensation offered. If you’re looking to add unnecessary stress and inconvenience to your life, feel free to park here.

This parking garage has held my vehicle for 3 days with no concrete timeframe of when I can get my vehicle. The owner has not apologized for the inconvenience nor have they tried to compensate for their mechanical error. If I could give 0 stars I would. This owner needs to be put out of business.

Even at night, the space was tidy and Bright. Leaving my automobile for some minutes seemed secure. Overall, the service was easy to use and courteous.

I thought my vehicle was secure, and the facility is clean and simple to get to. My inquiries were answered by the personnel. I would utilize this location again without reservation.

Not recommended! This parking lot is very shady with hidden charges. The pricing is not transparent at all, and when checking out, the fee ended up much higher than expected. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. The parking lot down the street is much more reasonable and transparent.
