Tried calling 3 times, and it just rings, and rings…no vm, no automated service. Typical-
Wasn't helpful I had hit a pot hole busted a rim was reporting it there was 4 other cars on shoulder for same reason. All got was run around.
Called to report a tree down on Sparta side of Sligo bridge. GOT passed to 5 different people and the last one was TDOT told me to call another number. . I was on way to dr appt in Murfreesboro, lost service on 96 during this process so I gave up...
Phone number easy to find if you need the fax. Never got a number to speak to anyone so problem not solved
I called and expressed my concern about a road that leads to a grave yard and was supposed to get a call back and never did
