Sam, Henry and Tobias were friendly and efficient! Sam came quickly on a Sunday to do the initial inspection and place a de-humidifier to get the water drying and any mold in check even prior to mitigation. Henry and Tobias came a few days later and completed the mitigation and demo process quickly and efficiently in a couple hours. They even put up a hazard barrier to be extra-safe because we have a newborn. Following the mitigation, I worked with Kris Gibbs (project manager) for the remaining restoration portion of the project. He was very friendly and organized all of the details between flooring, wall/trim, and painting and stayed in touch throughout the process. My water heater busted and flooded my home my friend mark recommend Tennessee water and fire so I called them up and so glad I did. Darren came out quick and got the ball rolling for everything I needed and was great the entire time he was at my home. Then Henry and elquardo came out and did my removal of all the damage materials in my home. they were quick professional and easy to work with I highly recommend all of them as they are amazing to work with so far they have made the process super easy and I hope it stays that way til this is all wrapped up.

We had the pleasure of working with Kris on restoring our home from busted pipes. He coordinated everything seamlessly. He returned phone calls within a reasonable time. The contractors he sent out did a wonderful job. The quality was impressive, especially my new wood floors. They took care of mostly everything. I didn't have to find contractors. I would work with them again.

We hired TN Water and Fire recently and I can’t recommend this company enough. During a freak emergency they made sure to come out asap to assist in cleaning and drying out a 3 month slow kitchen sink leak that the upstairs unit was unaware of. The whole crew was very careful to make sure the whole process was done efficiently with care to the entire property and made sure to communicate with us every step of they way.
