Terminal 2 Parking Plaza

If I could give zero starts I would. Went to park at the terminal, was told by two employees to go up, the same crew who told me to drive up were also blocking the way up. And pointing back to the main lot. Drove around the lot looking for a way up because there was no parking on the main level. When I asked the attendant again how to get up I was told that there was no parking. When exiting they wanted to charge me for driving around looking for a parking spot. When talking to the help line at the exit terminal they hung up on me and then refused to answer. This place is a scam. They let you in, don't tell you there is not space available and then charge you to leave.

It's conveniently located, and the free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, making it very convenient. Please note that you can save even more by booking online in advance.

Convenient as it’s right across there terminal, but it does get crowded and the lights are deceiving for open spaces. They need to work on being more transparent in those spaces to avoid the customer driving around for a spot

Just to warn others, since it’s completely unclear, if you are parked for even a few minutes beyond 24 hours, you get charged for an entire additional day, so $38x2. Pretty ridiculous.

Very dishonest parking attendant. They continue to keep the lot open and let people in even if there are no spots. Then forcing people to pay their way out of the lot to find parking elsewhere. Criminal practices. They also closed the roof parking off which allows even less space. Ridiculous.
