He is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. He is very thorough during inspection and makes sure all questions are answered. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about doing the job right, but Amir definitely does. He makes the process easy and stress-free. We have bi-monthly service. Our technician, Amir Kurtovic, is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and always on time. We are very satisfied with his service. He always explains what he will be doing and then before he leaves and the service is complete, he lets us know if there are or are not any issues.
