We had to get a pest control home inspection, and Ethan S. was our inspector. He was an absolutely a gem during a situation like this. He took his time during the inspection, educated us during the process, and was so knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend Terminix solely off our experience with Ethan.

Trey (Arthur McKinney) the termite guy was FANTASTIC! He was super nice and wonderful and took his time doing his job. He was very informative and had the best manners. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could give 10 stars to him I would. He represented Terminix wonderful and I am so glad we were able to have him as the termite employee. The company is very blessed to have him apart of their team. He is the best and deserves recognition!!

Josh Bratcher came and did my vapor barrier at my house. He and another guy did a phenomenal job. Even hung up my shelf that was falling in the crawlspace for me. Terminix does great work! I would recommend them for my termite control and pest control needs as well. 12/10 would recommend!

Shania was awesome. Although my appointment time got screwed up. She went above and beyond for me today. I locked myself out my house during her visit and she kindly offered to take me to get my key from a friend’s house. I would’ve been outside for the long haul if it wasn’t for Shania. She was patient and thorough with the whole process today. From explaining the attic and underneath the house situation. I was not disappointed!!! Shania you 🎸 rock

I normally don’t leave reviews, but as a parent and homeowner, I feel obligated to share my experience for the safety of other families who trust Terminix for protection and peace of mind. In November 2024, I purchased Terminix’s exclusion service for $2,422.57 to eliminate and prevent rodent activity in my home. This service was supposed to seal all entry points and resolve the issue. Since then, Terminix has been to my home more than enough times—several inspections and two or three partial sealing attempts—yet I am still experiencing rodent activity almost a year later. I have two children (4 months and 11 years old) and a dog in the home. I am finding droppings near my baby’s formula and bottles, which is extremely concerning from a health and sanitation standpoint. No parent should
