Erick has been handling my pest control needs for many years now. He comes quarterly for a regular treatment, monthly to treat my backyard for mosquitoes, and will come out as needed between our scheduled visits. Terminix stands behind their work and customer experience.

Regardless of the service, Terminix has never disappointed. We have used Terminix Pest and Termite services for over 25 years. We recently added their Mosquito plan, and just had a vapor barrier installed in the crawlspace section of our basement. Also we are scheduled to have our gutters/downspout pipes replaced. All Terminix technicians, representatives, and support have been knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing has been competitive and we know they will stand behind their work.

Eric Roth is a great technician, and also a great communicator. He is very friendly, polite and provides excellent service.

Review of Terminix Pest Control I recently engaged Terminix for pest control services and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. About two weeks ago, I signed a contract with a representative named Mr. Carl Martin. After that initial step, I did not receive any communication from the company. There were no emails, no calls—essentially no follow-up whatsoever. I had requested the first service to take place on a Friday. No one showed up on the scheduled day. Instead, they arrived unannounced the following Monday. As a household with a newborn, it’s essential for us to coordinate when people come into the home, and this lack of communication was a major inconvenience. Was supposed to have an GA inspectionr3port in hand in 72 hours or less...it's been 10 days. Multiple phone calls, emails, and texts and no response. I called tonight and spoke to a lovely woman (Lavonne) who sent a message through yet again, so hopefully we will hear something in the morning. Not holding our breath!
