They are very easy to work with when you tell them what you want, ask for suggestions ( as they are the pro's), agree to the service, get out of their way, and pay your bill.

Terrible experience. Supposed to come out for free inspection for ants and mosquitoes. Technician said he did not know he was there for that. He said he was there for termites. Told him we did not have any termite issues. I proceeded to show him problem areas for ants and mosquitoes. He then said he would spray and put out ant traps. Then he came back into the house and said he did not have enough ant traps. When I asked when he would bring them he said he did not know. He proceeded to tell us we did not have a termite issue but we may in the future so for $13k he would take care it. We said no so he then suggested $7k. We immediately regretted signing up for ant treatment and cancelled within their 3 day cancellation period via mail and email. They refuse to refund our $120 deposit. This

We've had Terminix for years, and they've always been great to us. If there's any issues outside normal servicing, an easy call gets someone to your house to make sure it's taken care of. Can't say enough good about their team and customer service.

Professionalism, honesty, courteous, caring, dependability. From the office staff to the technicians and Thomas the branch manager this is what you can expect from them. Just bought my house and had Terminix do the termite inspection, also had them install a dehumidifier, termite stations and spraying the outside. Thomas came to my home and explained a detailed of what was as going to be done, the technician that came out were very knowledgeable and professional doing a phenomenal job and showed me pictures of the before and after and explained everything to me. Thomas the branch manager came out afterwards to inspect the work to ensure all was good and he also showed me pictures of the crawl space dehumidifier installed. I highly recommend them
