I’ve only been with Terminix for a few months but Kevin is absolutely amazing at his job! He always ensures all of my questions or concerns are answered as well as talks me through the process of anything he does during his visit. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients!

Kevin and Lisa with Terminix may have just saved our house and lives today! What appeared to us to be a decomposing animal in one of our exterior walls turned out to be an LP gas leak! Kudos to both of them for their stellar and speedy customer service. We’re very appreciative!

The Terminix technicians, Herbert and Ryan, were excellent. They let me know when they were coming, and they arrived on time and they did a very detailed search of the outside of the house and were able to find the hole where the rats were coming in from even after the previous exclusion service people were not able to find it. They did an extra search and they looked over every area. I was very happy with their work. They were very professional and knowledgeable and polite. They did an excellent job and I would be very happy to work with them again.

Kevin is very thorough and does a wonderful job. He is always professional and kind. He asks lots of questions so he can specifically treat for our needs. Our pest problem has greatly improved since he started treating our home.

Very satisfied with Terminix and the services they offer, but more importantly I’m extremely happy with the exterminator, Zacharee Stewart who has been coming out since the day I signed up two years ago. He is great to communicate with, flexible and does an exceptional job when he comes out! Highly recommend!
