I had a "one time" treatment. They sprayed the yard for chiggers and treated the inside of the house for insects/pests. I never saw any dead bugs. I waited a month for the treatment to take full effect. I still had spiders and other small bugs. I contacted the company at exactly one month after service. They told me that there was no recall for retreatment if it was a "one time service". Recall was only for quarterly treatment. They applied no spray, only a powder puff around the baseboards. If the treatment doesn't last one month, you can bet that I won't sign up for a quarterly treatment. Save your money and find someone else. At least we contacted them in timely manner about our service issue.

THEY WONT COVER YOU FOR TERMITES. Had these people during my loan and when i found what was definitely termite damage which you can see on the left, they said oh this is definitely rot. You could even see the little trails where the termites made holes through the wood. Well, he’s the pro and I’m out thousands due to the damages. What a reliable service, and that was after paying them consistently for years…🤦‍♂️

I called to setup an inspection, they were prompt. We agreed on the treatment and price, tech came same day, he said he would be back in 2 weeks, 4 months later I called and they came out, treated again and they said they would be back in 2 weeks. 2 months later, I called again, they came out and treated again I was told they would be back in 2 weeks, now I can’t get them to call back. If I could leave negative stars I would! Don’t waste your time and money! They still expect me to pay them for service not rendered properly! WTH?!?!

We wouldn’t use anyone else but Terminix, as long as Joseph Miller is our Technician. He has special knowledge of its issues, as he has a long history of servicing our house. He goes above and beyond for his customers, explains everything and is very patient and helpful. You’ve got an amazing employee in Joseph, hope y’all appreciate him as much as we do!

I have left work to be home and the havent came.. so calling they acted like nothing is wrong, scheduled 3 different dates in same convo not knowing if im paying for ants because it waz an inspection.. instead of me telling them i hve ants.. ii eventually gave up.. still dont know when someone iss coming and for what
