I am very pleased with the service provided by Howard and his team (DJ and Cam) very courteous, professional and quick. Howard was able to work around my availability and rescheduled when necessary to make sure the job got done. I’m very pleased with how the garage sealing was done it definitely EXCEEDED my expectations as far as appearances go!! Will recommend Terminix to anybody looking for pest control services!!! 😀

Derek is the best ever! He’s extremely personable while also being hard working and going above and beyond. He always checks in to see how things have been, checks all the traps meticulously, goes above and beyond on cleaning & spraying, while also interacting with our 1 year old son & our dog. It’s easy to pay for a service when you have people who care & do their job well! Great hire on terminix’s part. Give the man a raise!!!

Last summer, my kitchen turned into Antapalooza. Thousands of the tiny freaks marched in formation, stealing crumbs like they owned the deed. I tried everything: cinnamon, vinegar, strongly worded letters. They mooned me with their little ant butts. Then Edgar from Terminix rolled up like a six-foot-four exterminator grim reaper. Wraparound shades, arms like bridge cables, and a sprayer that looked government-issued. He surveyed the battlefield and grunted, “Sir, you’ve got a supercolony. Adorable. Today they die screaming.” He deployed the bait like a war criminal with a sweet tooth: glistening globs of sugary oblivion, placed with sniper precision. Jesse was extremely thorough and took his time. He answered all of my questions in a clear way. He was very professional and kind. We felt very taken care of. Excellent service over all!! Derek came for a follow up visit and was super helpful. He gave us a lot of information about next steps to take. We are super happy with the service so far!

I just wanted to write this message to let Terminix know that Shawn Hunter is the best technician we’ve ever had. I’m retired now, but he has always told me to give him my feed back when I got a chance to so hear I am! I wanted to make sure I came on here to share how outstanding his service has been. I am old school so this new stuff is very new to me. He consistently does a thorough job inspecting our facility for bed bugs, always carries himself with professionalism, and goes above and beyond in his work.
