Terminix does an extremely professional job for us. Their technician Ben is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he takes care of all of our properties for us. We always request him and he Always works us into his schedule. He’s extremely responsive and he is easy to communicate with. He is always on time and always lets me know when he’s going out To do a service and everything is always handled very professionally. He is an excellent technician, and we always request him to do all of the work for us because he does such a wonderful job.

Richard is the absolute best. He has been taking care of us for the past few years. We have multiple properties on our little compound and we love that we do not have to hold his hand or overwatch him to make sure he gets the job done. We stay bug free over here. It's just the cherry on top that Richard is funny and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks Terminix

He lets us know about new Terminix services that are available, but we appreciate that he is not too pushy about us signing up. Having recently moved into our new home, it was essential we took the steps to protect our investment. We had a drain system installed by Mr. Jeffcoat and it has exceeded our expectations. To protect our home against termites, we opted for the termite baiting system, installed by Mr. Ketcham. Pre-paying the annual renewal monthly ensures no lapse in coverage and no large renewal bill due at once. Very convenient with added peace of mind. In both cases, the technicians were very professional and communicated with us throughout the process. Calling the branch the day of service to request a call when they were on their way was also very painless. It's extremely nice to speak to a person. Great customer service!

I have used Terminix for decades. In all the time I've had them, I've only had 4 technicians (and I've moved once). I got my 4th and he is just as good as all of the others. I highly recommend them for pest and termite service.
