Biggest shoutout to Mike, the technician. He is professional, Honest, and thorough. He took the time to ensure proper service and working order. . Excellent teamwork and service all around.

What an awful experience I received from this branch! It was lies after lies after lies. Couldn't get a call back no matter how many times I called the 800 number, couldn't get anyone that knew anything about bugs ever, Matt was the only 1 who even attempted to find out the kind of bugs we found. So I requested him to be the only 1 to come out and that was too hard for them to accommodate as well so I canceled my very poor service after only 3 months.

Technician was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the issue at hand. Made some suggestions to combat our pest control more effectively. Will be a long life customer with Terminix. Very pleased.
