He very knowledgeable and shares that info with me. He is as punctual as possible and keeps me informed about delays he may have. I've had him for some time now. He's a happy guy! He's the best! Ezequiel Has been providing services for us for a while now like pest control and setting traps for rodents. He’s always very professional, answers all our questions and concerns and is very informative. He’s done work inside the home, in the attic and under the house to protect and secure the home. He’s easy to work with and explain an issues we are having. Highly recommend him if you can request him for your services.

I scheduled a termite inspection with Terminix and was very disappointed. Lupe the technician was inside my home for about five minutes and did not inspect the attic, which is a key area for termite activity. I also saw him sitting in his vehicle for nearly an hour afterward. This did not feel like a thorough or professional inspection. I expected much better service.

Ezequiel Carranza has been doing our pest control service for a while now, and he is consistently courteous and thorough. He takes pride in doing his work well and serving his customers well. We also appreciate the advanced notice he gives to let us know he’s coming. He does a good job.

Hugo Ochoa he’s very communicative, responsive, respectful, and does a very thorough job. He sends pictures of areas of concern, cleans cobwebs around the property and lets us know when he is coming and going – more than just the automated texts from the company - Hugo corresponds with us regarding his arrival/departure time, letting us know that he has secured the gates etc. Mr Ochoa is very responsive if we need for him to come at a different time or day that he has originally scheduled, and is very good with follow-through.
