Cristoffer Hinshaw is the best. He always makes sure we have no issues and let's us know we can always reach out of something comes up. He's very attentive to his work and if I ever have questions, he typically has the answer, and if he doesn't will find out and get back to me.

We signed up an annual pest control service with Terminix five months ago and we are very pleased with the services. I have no problems scheduling a service call whenever I needed. The service is provided by Saul Adams and he is prompt and courteous. Saul always asked what do we need and he will help us mediate the issues. Saul always provided outstanding services to us and definitely deserves a five stars rating from us.

So, to be clear, I'm VERY HAPPY with the end result service... However, it's what it takes to GET to that service that's the problem... - Although you can book an appointment online, the actual appointment is not posted on your online account until TWO DAYS prior to the appointment. This makes zero sense to me... Why not send an email at least a week to AND two days prior to the appointment to allow people time to do what they need to do to ensure they are physical available to attend the appointment... - Although I LOVE my service tech (Ibriham is AMAZING), due to over booking appointments, he has never made the time frame of the appointment... I understand sometimes appointments run over, but if the tech is going to be late, communicate that with the client!! - You cannot speak to a mana

Ruel Bacalso, the Technicisn, was excellent in every way. He was very polite and thorough. He called in advance and then talked with us after the inspection. We have an annual plan and pay yearly.

We just had our annual termite inspection done by Cristoffer. I have to give him a big shout out for being a top notch professional and very knowledgeable. He also goes above and beyond to make sure we understand everything and even notes any other issues he may see outside around the house that could use our attention. Cristoffer has also done other work for us (took care of yellow jacket infestations last summer for example), and he does an excellent job, no matter what it is. He gives Terminix a good name and he's one reason I keep renewing by termite contract.
