Terminix

I had an appointment scheduled for the times 1-5P.M. on 11-12-25. At 445P.M. I called to see if they were close, with us having to be out for four hours, I wanted to know they were still coming. I was told that they talked to the tech who said he was 10-15 mins away. A hour went by with no call and no show. So when I called the representative who by the way was very sweet and respectful, told me that the tech canceled my appointment with no reason. So we rescheduled for 11-14-25 for the times of 8-12, feeling it was happening again I called at 11:30, was told my tech was about to call me because he was about to be at my house. Again no call no show. So I called to talk to a supervisor, she took all my info and said she would return my call and let me know what was going on. Never heard

We have had Don as our technician for many years. His attention to detail is beyond great. His friendly personality and communication is outstanding. We have had very few minor problems with bugs but Terminex has always taken care of them promptly.

Mike was professional and efficient. He said he will check back in 2 weeks to see if the treatment has been effective.

Our Service Tech Don is awesome! He calls before and after every visit to update us on our services. We’re very happy with our service!

Don should be considered the greatest tech in not only his industry, but maybe any industry that’s ever existed. He is so fantastic that I have sometimes thought he wasn’t real. I wish there were more stars for him, because he deserves them. 10/10 would recommend him
