John was amazing; he listened carefully, understood the complexity of the situation, and implemented an effective solution. Thanks to his efforts, the house will soon be pest-free. Lamont was absolutely excellent in listening to our needs, and expectations. We have been through so many people which I’m very sad about, Although some were excellent some were not Since Oscar, our original tech, he was absolutely amazing. After talking to Lamont today, I feel like he’s gonna fit our needs extremely well. I have nothing but praise for him today! I would give him 10 stars. But you will only allow five. Terminix has been with my family for over a year now. In the beginning, the service was a bit spotty; however, over the last few months, a new Terminix employee has been assigned to my house. Jacob Teller is absolutely the best. He’s thorough, kind, and non-judgmental. You can tell that he truly wants to help people and enjoys what he does.
