Review for Terminix – Technician Calvin I recently had a service visit from Calvin Attaway, Pest Control Technician, with Terminix, and he did an absolutely Stellar job. From the moment he arrived, Calvin was professional, knowledgeable, made safety a priority, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was checking for, and the steps he was taking to address my ant concerns. Calvin’s attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was handled properly gave me a lot of confidence. I had an amazing experience with this company. I would recommend Terminix to anyone that is dealing with an endless battle with pest. Daniel Traver was very knowledgeable about potential future current issues, as well as the process and products that are used during termination of bugs. He was very trustworthy and punctual every service visit.

Jimminy crickets working with this team and Brandon was a nightmare. Just call a local company who can better serve you for cheaper. I called twice to get pre construction service scheduled. They had to do an inspection and have me prepay. After several fits and starts, it comes together and I give them $600 then Brandon texts me on Sunday, while in the middle of a death in the family, to set up another inspection! He just called and woke me to clear it up and when I expressed frustration he said he will “make it real easy on me and cancel the service” then hung up on me. Life is hard enough- no one needs this.

Despite this, service was not provided automatically. I was repeatedly informed that a technician would only be dispatched if I called when pest activity was severe, which is inconsistent with a monthly service agreement. When service was requested, the technician appeared rushed and visibly frustrated, expressing annoyance that the visit had been scheduled. The quality of service was poor and did not meet reasonable expectations. After several months, my wife contacted Terminix to cancel the service. No further service visits occurred after October.
