Calvin Wilkins is such an amazing service technician, so much so that we stipulated that Calvin is the only technician we want to service our property. He is incredibly knowledgeable and also does a very thorough job addressing any of our concerns. He is always willing to listen and answer any questions we have, and always displays patience. He is very friendly, punctual, professional, trustworthy and an expert service tech. We honestly feel so grateful to have such a great service technician that we look forward to seeing every month! It’s so rare these days to encounter honest, good people and when you do, they should be acknowledged and rewarded. He definitely deserves a big fat raise!

Mr. Jake is amazing!! (And I’m speaking as a former technician at a different company)He is so sweet and knowledgeable! He is also very thorough, he (only) has been asked to be our provider. I highly recommend Terminex they are reliable and use great products for pest control. I despise spiders and I haven’t seen one since they started spraying, that makes terminex and Mr. Jake my new best friend LOL.

We have been using Terminex at my job for over a year now, and we are very happy with the service we have received. They have done a great job of eliminating the pests we were having issues with, and maintaining services to keep them away. Highly suggest their services. Our main tech assigned to us is Richard Doty and he has been wonderful. He is super knowledgeable and very nice. He always answers any questions or concerns that we have, big or small, and has been very thorough in getting everything sorted out and under control. He’s done a really great job.

We have had Terminix service for over 22 years. Most of our service has been good. For the past two or three years we have had Kenneth Jacobs as our service technician. He is the BEST we ever had. While living in other areas we did not have Terminix and NO one like Kenneth. He is the BEST.

Jonathan Pate arrived promptly at my home at 149 E Cove Dr., Macon, NC. He was very nice, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. It warmed my heart to hear “yes ma’am “ and “thank you”. He was patient when I didn’t know where a mouse bait was, and performed our services very well in a time efficient manner. He offered to have the office call me to add additional services rather than me having to contact them. Jonathan is truly an asset and great representative for Terminix. He is welcome to my home anytime.
